Where it All Began: A Dream in Motion

Starting from South Africa, the journey was plotted with care, flying through Hong Kong and into the heart of Indonesia. Every leg of their trip was smooth, every detail considered — from lounge-worthy layovers to effortless transitions.

First stop: Seminyak’s lively coastline. The ladies checked into FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach, nestled right on the sand. From spa treatments to vibrant cafes, beach strolls to sunset cocktails, this part of their stay was all about ease and enjoyment.
Highlights included a day of pure coastal glamour at the VIP oceanfront daybeds of El Kabron, and a breathtaking all-inclusive tour to Nusa Penida — a dramatic island escape with cliff-top views, crystal lagoons and curated photo stops. Every moment flowed with intention.
The Heart of Bali: Ubud’s Tranquil Embrace
On day six, the journey shifted gears. The women moved north to Ubud and checked into The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa — a secluded haven surrounded by jungle. Their private two-bedroom villa, complete with a pool and views across the valley, became a sanctuary.
This leg of the trip was rich in culture and calm. Mornings began with yoga and floating breakfasts, while afternoons were spent discovering Balinese silver artistry, soaking in sacred water temples, or trekking to the summit of Mount Batur at sunrise.
Dining was equally curated. From the whimsical ambience of Merlin’s to the plant-based magic of Moksa, each restaurant was selected for its flavour, setting and soul.
