1. Promoter 
The promoter is North Travel, a division of World Travel Limited (NZBN 9429051764012), 196 Bank Street, Regent, Whangārei, New Zealand. 
 
2. Eligibility 
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. 
- Limit of one entry per person. 
- Employees, contractors, and agents of North Travel, World Travellers Group, other travel agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families (including partners, parents, siblings, and children) are ineligible to enter or win. 
 
3. How to Enter 
- To be eligible, entrants must sign up and join the North Travel Jetlag Club and remain a member at the time of the draw. 
- Entries that do not meet these requirements will be invalid. 
 
4. Prize Details 
The prize includes for two adults: 
- Return economy class airfares from Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch to Sydney, Australia. 
- 1-night pre-cruise stay at a 4-star Sydney hotel (twin share), including breakfast. 
- 7-night cruise aboard Discovery Princess (twin share). 
- All main meals, entertainment, taxes, and port charges. 
- Princess Plus package for two, including Wi-Fi, drinks package, and onboard credit. 
- North Travel concierge support. 
 
Not included (at winner’s cost unless specified): 
- Travel insurance (mandatory). 
- Visas or entry permits. 
- Specialty dining, gratuities (if not included in the Princess Plus package), optional excursions, or personal expenses. 
- Variations to flights, extensions, or additional travellers. 
 
5. Prize Conditions 
- Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
- Prize cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes. 
- Prize travel must be taken during the April school holidays 2026, departing 6 April 2026. No changes are permitted. 
- Winner and companion must hold a valid passport and, if required, an Australian visa. These must be provided to North Travel by 1 November 2025. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. 
- Passengers denied entry to Australia or boarding of the ship will forfeit the prize. 
 
6. Draw & Winner Notification 
- The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries. 
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the prize will be redrawn. 
 
7. Liability & Indemnity 
- By entering, participants waive any claim for indemnity against North Travel, its suppliers, and associated parties for: 
  - Any cancellation, delay, or alteration of the prize. 
  - Any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. 
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Travel and its suppliers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential) suffered in connection with the competition or the prize. 
 
8. General 
- North Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or any part of the prize if necessary. 
- Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
- This promotion is conducted in accordance with New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
