Take in the highlights of the Okanagan Valley known for its lakes, valleys and wineries before continuing onto the heart of the Rockies famous for its turquoise glacier lakes, scenic mountain passes and incredible icefields.

  • Okanagan Valley: Begin your adventure in the Okanagan Valley, a renowned wine-producing region boasting over 200 wineries. Enjoy wine tastings and tours at some of the finest vineyards, while soaking in the beautiful landscapes of orchards and rolling hills.

  • Kelowna and Penticton: Explore the vibrant towns of Kelowna and Penticton, where you can indulge in local cuisine, visit artisan markets, and take a leisurely stroll along scenic lakeside promenades.

  • Canadian Rockies: Immerse yourself in the majestic beauty of the Canadian Rockies. Drive through iconic national parks such as Banff and Jasper, where you can hike, spot wildlife, and marvel at the towering peaks and crystal-clear lakes.

 
  • Day 1 : Vancouver > Kelowna

    Depart Vancouver this morning and travel through the fertile Fraser Valley to the Thompson Okanagan region, the fruit and wine centre of British Columbia. On the Coquihalla Highway, encounter some of the most dramatic scenery in the region and pass through the rugged cattle country of the Merritt area.

    Day 2 : Okanagan Region


    Tour the countryside today combining the best of the lake, valley and vines. Discover the wineries and sample some of the Okanagan’s finest wines.

    Day 3 : Kelowna > Emerald Lake, Yoho National Park


    Head through the Okanagan Valley to Shuswap Lake. Pass Craigellachie, then enter Glacier National Park keeping an eye out for native wildlife. Arrive in Yoho National Park with its towering waterfalls, ice-clad peaks and a natural bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. Cross the Continental Divide to your lakeside accommodation at Emerald Lake.

    Day 4 : Emerald Lake > Moraine Lake, Banff National Park


    Continue through the scenic mountain passes of Yoho National Park to Moraine Lake in Banff National Park. Moraine Lake is one of the most photographed lakes in the Canadian Rockies. Canoe on the lake, stroll the shoreline or relax at the lodge and enjoy the beautiful views.

    Day 5 : Moraine Lake > Icefields Parkway > Banff


    Today, travel along the spine of the Canadian Rockies and through the amazing Icefields Parkway. Walk on ancient ice with the Ice Explorer ride and stand on a glass platform almost 1,000 feet in the air at the Glacier Skywalk.

    Day 6 : Banff


    Choose one of four different excursions for today.
    Option 1. Banff Gondola – maximise your views of Banff National Park with minimal exertion on a round-trip gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain.
    Option 2. Lake Minnewanka Cruise – admire views of the Canadian Rockies by boat as you cruise across the turquoise-hued Lake Minnewanka and over to Devil’s Gap.
    Option 3. River Explorer Canoe Tour – a fun and interactive way to explore with your guide the waterways of Banff National Park.
    Option 4. Bow River Horseback Adventure – saddle up for a journey through the celebrated landscape of Banff National Park on this guided horseback adventure.

    Day 7 : Banff > Calgary

  • Booking and Payments

    • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.

    • Final Payment: The balance must be paid in full 90 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellation by Client:

    • More than 90 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

    • 30-90 days before departure: 65% of the total tour cost.

    • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

    • Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

    • Changes to Itinerary

    • Flexibility Required: Weather and road conditions may necessitate changes to the planned route and itinerary. Flexibility is essential.

    • Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute accommodations and services of similar standard when necessary.

    Travel Insurance

    • Mandatory: Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, and emergency evacuation is mandatory for all participants.

    • Proof Required: Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour begins.

    Health and Safety

    • Fitness Level: A reasonable level of fitness is required for participation in the activities outlined in the tour itinerary.

    • Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.

    Liability

    • Responsibility: The company will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the tour.

    • Third-Party Services: The company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers, such as airlines or accommodation services.

    Visas and Documentation

    • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.

    • Visas: Obtaining necessary visas and travel documents is the responsibility of the participant.

    Conduct

    • Respect for Culture: Participants are expected to respect local customs and cultures.

    • Behavior: Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the tour, with no refund provided.

    Complaints

    • Immediate Reporting: Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour leader to allow for a timely resolution.

    • Post-Tour Complaints: Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour's conclusion.
