Day 1
Embark in Passau
Step aboard the Trafalgar Reverie, your floating home for your Danube Christmas river cruise, and settle in for the night. This evening, get to know your fellow travellers over dinner hosted by your Experience Director.

Day 2
Discover Passau
Join a Local Specialist for a walking tour through Passau’s medieval lanes and baroque squares before browsing the city’s Christmas markets. Alternatively, choose a guided hike along the Ilz River. Later, you may join an optional Bavarian beer experience with folk music and warm pretzels.

Day 3
See Historic Linz
Spend the day in Linz, Austria’s third-largest city. Join a Local Specialist for a guided walk through the old town and visit Christmas markets. Alternatively, choose an optional tour to Salzburg and explore its Sound of Music locations, baroque streets, and festive markets.

Day 4
Cruise the Wachau Valley
Cruise through the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO-listed landscape of vineyards, castles, and riverside towns. Visit Krems an der Donau with a Local Specialist and experience the Kremser Adventzauber, with festive lights, seasonal stalls, and local crafts.

Day 5
Culture and Architecture in Vienn
Explore Vienna with a drive along the Ringstraße and a walking tour through the old town with a Local Specialist. Visit the Christkindlmarkt at the town hall, enjoy seasonal treats, and admire festive decorations. Optional experiences include Schönbrunn Palace and a classical concert.

Cruise the Danube Bend

Day 8
Farewell Budapest
This morning, disembark the Trafalgar Reverie and bid farewell to the captain and crew, taking home memories of your Christmas journey along the Danube.
